Qemavo Upgrade Credit

If you buy an eligible individual Qemavo Lab directly from us and later upgrade to the Builder Collection, the amount you actually paid for that Lab can count towards your Collection purchase.

How it works

• Request your credit within 90 days of each eligible Lab purchase. Each purchase has its own 90-day window.
• Eligible products are OfferLab, NamingLab, ProductLab, BrandLab, LaunchLab and SalesLab, bought directly from Qemavo.
• Multiple eligible purchases can be combined, provided each is within its own eligibility window and has not already been used for credit.
• Credit reflects what you actually paid after discounts, rather than a product’s usual list price. Refunded amounts and purchases already used for an upgrade do not count.
• Credit applies to the Builder Collection price available to you at the time of upgrade, including an advertised sale price where applicable. It cannot exceed that price or create a cash payment.
• It is for the same purchaser, has no cash value and cannot be transferred, redeemed for Studio services or used more than once.

Taxes and any legally required invoice adjustments are handled consistently with the original transactions. We will show the final amount payable before you purchase; we do not charge twice for the same eligible amount.

Request your credit

Email info@qemavo.com with the subject Upgrade credit, the email used for your purchases and any order numbers you have. Please request credit before buying the Collection so we can provide the adjusted checkout or code.

We currently check eligibility manually. If you meet these rules, we honour the credit. A request received within the 90-day window remains eligible while we process it; a delay on our side will not make it expire. We confirm the amount and any checkout-code expiry in writing.

Upgrade Credit is a price credit, not a cash refund of the original Lab purchase. It does not alter cancellation rights or statutory remedies for any purchase. If an upgraded purchase is later refunded, we refund the amount actually paid for that purchase as applicable; previously used credit does not become cash or automatically become reusable. Any related statutory remedy remains unaffected.
