Refunds and Cancellation

Version 1.1 · Last updated: 12 October 2026

We want you to receive what you bought and understand your rights. Contact info@qemavo.com with your order number or the email used to purchase. A screenshot or description of a technical problem can help, but you do not have to supply information that is not reasonably needed to deal with your request.

If a digital product is faulty or not as described

If a file is missing, damaged, fails to meet the stated requirements or is materially different from its description, please tell us. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

For UK consumer purchases, remedies for digital content generally include repair or replacement. If that cannot be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, or another applicable statutory condition is met, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which can include a full refund. Different mandatory rights may apply in other countries.

Consent to immediate access does not remove these rights. We do not impose an “all sales final” rule that overrides consumer law.

Changing your mind about a download

Where consumer distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days to cancel, counted from the day after the contract is concluded.

If you expressly request supply during that period and acknowledge that the cancellation right will end when supply begins, the change-of-mind cancellation right ends when digital supply starts, provided the legal requirements are met, including the required confirmation. That does not depend on whether you have finished reading or using the product.

If you have not given valid consent and acknowledgement, or another requirement for ending that right has not been met, we will not treat the right as waived. Where the right still applies, a clear cancellation notice sent before the deadline is enough. You do not have to explain why or use a particular form.

Once a change-of-mind right has lawfully ended, we do not offer an additional general satisfaction-guarantee period unless the product page expressly says otherwise. We will still consider genuine delivery problems and honour applicable statutory rights.

Studio services

Eligible consumer Studio bookings generally have a 14-day cancellation period starting the day after the contract is concluded. Your written project agreement explains the service and any additional cancellation rights.

If you expressly ask us to start work during that period and the required information has been provided, you may need to pay a proportionate amount for work properly performed up to cancellation. The cancellation right ends only after full performance where the required prior request and acknowledgement have been obtained. We do not treat the start of work, or the fact that work is bespoke, as an automatic loss of all cancellation rights.

Business bookings and cancellations outside a statutory period follow the lawful terms of the agreed Studio contract. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable simply because they are called deposits.

How to cancel or request a remedy

Email info@qemavo.com or write to QEMAVO LTD, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You may use our Cancel an order page when its online form is available. A clear email or letter is also accepted; the form is optional.

Tell us which order or contract you mean and how to contact you. If you ask about a fault or misdescription, explain the issue so we can identify the appropriate remedy. A lack of an order number alone will not invalidate a cancellation if we can reasonably identify your purchase.

We aim to acknowledge requests within five working days; submissions through an online cancellation function receive a prompt receipt confirmation. We refund eligible statutory cancellations within the applicable legal deadline, normally no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. For an agreed statutory digital-content price reduction, the UK deadline is normally 14 days after agreement that you are entitled to it.

Refunds normally use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we do not charge a refund fee. After a cancellation and refund ends the licence for a product, stop using and delete the supplied Qemavo files. This does not claim ownership of your original outputs or remove rights that the law preserves.

Nothing here restricts mandatory rights. Read our Terms of Sale and Product Licence for the purchase and permitted-use rules.
